(VTD), successfully energized at 00:25 on October 31, 2024 the 110kV, 50MVAr capacitor bank installed at Nghi Son 220kV Substation.<br \/>\nThe capacitor bank uses EX-7Li internally fused capacitor units, with a rated voltage of 15kV and a capacity of 565 kVAr per unit, totaling 120 units. The equipment is manufactured by Eaton\u2019s Cooper, a company with over 80 years of experience in electrical equipment manufacturing. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After being put into operation, the Nghi Son 220kV Substation will help maintain voltage levels within the permissible limits of the Northern power transmission grid.
