On April 28, 2024, the Hai Ha 220kV Substation (Quang Ninh Province), under Package No. 5: Supply and Delivery of Primary Equipment for the 2024 Northern Power Transmission Capacitor Installation Project, was successfully commissioned, with the capacitor bank officially energized and put into operation.
