SurvalentONE DMS (Distribution Management System) is a distribution grid management software solution featuring advanced functions that support operators in making flexible, rapid, and accurate decisions.
SurvalentONE DMS (Distribution Management System) là giải pháp phần mềm quản lý lưới điện phân phối với các chức năng nâng cao, hỗ trợ người vận hành đưa ra những quyết định linh hoạt, nhanh chóng và chính xác. Phần mềm được xây dựng tích hợp trên cùng nền tảng SurvalentONE ADMS – SCADA, thừa hưởng đầy đủ các tính năng mà hệ thống SCADA sở hữu. Đây là cơ sở để triển khai tự động hóa lưới điện thông minh theo từng giai đoạn và điều kiện có sẵn của hệ thống.

FLISR: Fault Location, Isolation, and Service Restoration
- The system utilizes a fault location algorithm by combining telemetry data from field devices with the network model to rapidly identify and isolate the faulted area. Following isolation, FLISR automatically executes switching of tie devices to restore power to the maximum number of customers possible from adjacent sources, typically completing the process in under 30 seconds.
- Implementing FLISR helps utilities transform sustained outages into momentary interruptions, thereby enhancing power supply reliability and improving customer satisfaction.
- FLISR operates in three modes: Manual, Semi-Auto, and Auto, with flexible switching between load transfer calculation methods using kVA, protection device data, or Power Flow.
MP CO was the first company in Vietnam to successfully implement an automated SCADA solution—FLISR (Fault Location, Isolation, and Service Restoration)—for the 22kV power grids in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang (in 2017), operating in fully automatic mode.
